Marfa Studio of Arts is always seeking new artists and craftspeople from across Texas! Especially from West Texas, Including the Big Bend region. We would love to showcase your personal work in our gallery and retail store!
Located in the heart of Marfa on San Antonio Street, connected to the Marfa Public Radio building, MSA provides a vibrant space that connects artists with the local community and visiting art lovers from around the world.
All selected artists are featured on consignment, with a small commission supporting our educational programs and year-round gallery operations.

All artwork and handmade items are accepted on consignment. A portion of each sale directly supports the studio's youth art programs and community exhibitions, helping us keep art alive in Marfa year-round. To read more, our policy is listed below.

Artists from Texas are welcome to apply at any time.
To be considered, please contact us including the required information listed below:
  1. Prepare Your Submission
    1. Include multiple clear images of your artwork (JPG or PNG format preferred).
    2. Write a short artist bio or statement that tells us about your background, inspiration, and artistic process.
    3. List your preferred mediums and the types of work you’re interested in exhibiting or selling (e.g., prints, ceramics, jewelry, etc.).

    3. Location (City, Texas) - Please note that all artists must currently reside in Texas to be considered.
  3. Email Your Application

  4. What Happens Next
    1. Once we receive your submission, our gallery team will review your materials and reach out if your work is a good fit for our space.
 Selected artists will receive a Consignment Agreement Form, which outlines our terms and policies. This form will need to be signed by both parties before your work can be displayed or sold at MSA.
